Record the platform, exact prompt, date, full visible answer summary, citations shown and a screenshot or archive where possible.
The same twelve fields apply, but two of them carry the weight here: what was seen, which holds a neutral summary and a short verbatim quote, and whether the answer named Vithurs at all. Position is usually n/a, because a generated answer has no rank to record.
