Nothing is sold here and there is no client work on offer, so an enquiry about services will get a short and unhelpful reply. Keep personal detail out of it. Both are described below, and both are more useful with a link attached than without one. 04 Submitting a Correction Corrections are welcome and they are taken seriously, because a journal whose errors stay up is not a journal. Include a source or a reason where you can. “This is wrong” is harder to act on than “this is wrong, and here is why”. What happens next: the claim is checked, and if it holds, the original text is struck through rather than deleted, the correction is added with its own date, and both remain visible. Logged observation rows are never silently amended. The full policy is part of the methodology. 05 Sending an Observation If you have run one of the watchlist queries yourself and captured the result, it is genuinely useful. To be logged it needs the same fields as any other row: the date, the platform, the exact query as typed, the session context, a summary of what was seen and a link to the evidence. Third-party observations are logged as third-party observations, with the observer field recording that they came from outside the project.
